This is some interesting stuff here – IF and this is a big one – IF everyone would just do what I tell them to, then most (if not all) educational issues would be solved…..

JK – but it is this kind of thought and attempt at following through with only one right way that is leading to issues. We have to understand that education is a about learning and growing up intellectually. I would say that the one non-negotiable (which is totally negotiable, I can be swayed) would be to develop young people into creative, problem solving, learning loving, civic minded adults…
