					<description><![CDATA[&lt;strong&gt;A few thoughts on a good list&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As always, good advice. A few additions:

1. In your planning, always add the big items first.
2. Not contradictory: The small periods are critical too; including first efforts on the big things - maybe they are bigger than thought OR smaller than thought OR require some assistance from teachers or others OR ...
3. In that schedule, don&#039;t ignore the four needs of Stephen Covey: academic for sure but also physical, social, and what I call &#039;internal&#039; (how are the others going; what can I do better?). You will burn out if not truly comfortable with all four!!!
4. While completing some small things can build confidence, divide the big things into smaller things that can be assessed for progress too - building even more confidence!
5. Always do what ever you can FIRST! It will often get you past previously believed difficulties; it will for sure make your questions for others more helpful!!]]></description>
