					<description><![CDATA[&lt;strong&gt;Read this blog after&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Read this blog after listening to a FaceBook post with students rapping grammar &amp; dancing on the desks ( a liability issue at my school ).  As a shy student I would have been mortified to have to do this!  I agree, we  all have different strengths, skills, &amp; personalities BUT should always be on the lookout to improve &amp; fine tune our lessons and approach! Now, if you don&#039;t mind I must finish recording my literature  mix tape ! ]]></description>
