I’m so ashamed that you ignored the issue of states’ rights which led to the Civil War. Even the chunk of Georgia’s secession proclamation you posted pointed explicitly to the issue of states’ rights:

“They have endeavored to weaken our security, to disturb our domestic peace and tranquility, and persistently refused to comply with their express constitutional obligations to us”

WAIT…I cut that quote off to early: “in reference to that property”. Well, crap, it really is slavery.

After all, if states’ rights was the agenda why did NO future seceding state decry the result of Dred Scott v. Sanford? I prevents a state’s/territory’s right to prevent the spread of slavery. Hmmm.
