I briefly considered trying to pass it off as a very sophisticated bit of wordplay, but you’re correct – it was a typo. One of the many reasons I find it stressful to write about legislation (even when it’s important that we do) is how time-sensitive it is… I don’t feel like I can wait long before posting.
